Wondermaxx helps you turn conversations into publish-ready writing. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, how we use it, and the control you have over it.
The short version
- Wondermaxx is built around your words. We store the interviews you have with it, the phrases it pulls out, and the drafts it compiles.
- Your conversations and drafts are private to your account.
- We use your material to run Wondermaxx — asking the next question, suggesting ideas, and drafting content — and nothing else. We do not sell your data.
- You can delete your conversations and drafts at any time.
Information you give us
- Account details: your name and email address when you sign up, or the basic profile your Google account shares if you sign in with Google.
- Your conversations: the questions Wondermaxx asks, the answers you type or speak, the quotes it extracts, and the topics it maps.
- Compiled content: the articles, newsletters, posts, scripts, and captions Wondermaxx produces for you.
Voice and audio
Wondermaxx is voice-first, but your audio stays on your device. Speech is transcribed in your browser using your browser’s built-in speech recognition, and Wondermaxx stores the resulting text — not a recording. When Wondermaxx reads its questions aloud, that also happens locally in your browser. We do not keep audio files.
How we use your information
We do not use your conversations to train third-party models, and we do not sell or rent your information.
- To run the conversation: choosing Wondermaxx’s next question and tracking how deeply a topic has been explored.
- To create content: compiling your interview into finished pieces in your voice and adapting them across formats.
- To suggest ideas: reading your past conversations to surface new angles worth writing about.
- To keep your account working: signing you in and protecting access to your material.
AI processing
Generating questions and drafts means sending the relevant conversation text to an AI model. Only the material needed for that step is sent, and it is used solely to produce your result.
Who can see your data
Your conversations and compiled content are visible only to you. Other people using Wondermaxx cannot see your interviews or drafts. Our platform provider processes data on our behalf to store it and run the app.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your material stays until you remove it. You can delete individual conversations and drafts from within the app; deleting your account removes your content.
Your choices
- Edit or delete your conversations and drafts at any time.
- Sign out from any device to end your session.
- Stop using Wondermaxx and delete your content whenever you like.
